Can I pay in a currency other than the delivery country’s currency?
At this time, we only accept payment in the currency of the delivery country.
Which currency will my card be charged in?
Your card will be charged in AED. If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
How can I change item quantity in my cart?
In your cart, adjust the number under Quantity, then select Update (or the equivalent button shown at checkout).
How do I remove an item from my cart?
In your cart, select Remove/Delete next to the item you’d like to remove.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

What do the different order statuses mean?

What are the delivery charges?
AED 30 delivery fee for orders below AED 699
Free delivery for orders AED 700 and above
Are there areas you don’t deliver to?
We aim to deliver across the UAE. However, some remote or restricted areas may be out of service. If your address falls in a non-service area, we will contact you and may offer an alternative option such as pickup from the nearest courier office.
Non-service areas may include (examples):
Certain zones in Abu Dhabi outskirts and remote regions, and limited-access industrial or restricted areas.

What happens if I miss the delivery twice?
If delivery is attempted twice and you are unavailable both times, the order may be automatically canceled. Any eligible credit will be returned as store credit to your RG ME Cosmetics account, minus delivery charges resulting from failed delivery attempts.
